WASHINGTON, June 5 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has issued a preliminary determination, finding a reasonable indication that an industry in the U.S. is materially injured. This injury is by reason of imports of lattice-boom crawler cranes from Japan, which are alleged to be sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.
This decision initiates the final phase of the agency's investigation into the matter, led by the Commission's Office of Investigations.
