ITC Issues Orders in Hydrodermabrasion Systems Investigation

WASHINGTON, June 5 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has issued a notice of a commission determination to impose a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against several companies involved in the importation and sale of certain hydrodermabrasion systems and their components. This action by the Commission effectively terminates an investigation into alleged patent infringement.
