WASHINGTON, June 6 -- The Competitive Enterprise Institute, a coalition of conservative and free-market organizations, issued a letter on June 5, 2025, to Acting Chair Caroline Pham and Commissioner Kristin N. Johnson of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
