WASHINGTON, June 4 -- The North Carolina Utilities Commission has approved Duke Energy Carolinas, Charlotte, North Carolina, annual adjustments to its Performance-Based Regulation riders. The "Order Approving Residential Decoupling Mechanism Rider, Earnings Sharing Mechanism Rider, and Performance Incentive Mechanisms Rider", issued on June 3, 2025, finalizes the rates for residential customers for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
