Ron Wyden, D-Oregon, ranking member of the Senate Finance Committee, expressed significant concerns on June 3, 2025, regarding three Trump administration nominees Brian Morrissey for Treasury general counsel, Janet Dhillon for Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation director and Joseph Barloon for deputy U.S. Trade Representative to the World Trade Organization.
