CHICAGO -- Yesterday, the U.S. Supreme Court announced that it agreed to hear Congressman Mike Bost (IL-12) and Judicial Watch's case challenging an Illinois law that unconstitutionally extends Election Day for 14 days beyond the date established by federal law.
