WASHINGTON, June 3 (TNSLrpt) -- Portland, Oregon's sweeping electoral reforms, implemented in 2022 and first used in the November 2024 city council elections, have yielded a diverse candidate pool and council, but have not clearly boosted voter turnout or significantly impacted election outcomes through candidate rankings.
