WASHINGTON, May 31 -- The North Carolina Utilities Commission has declared the application from Pluris Hampstead LLC, for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide wastewater utility service to Pet Health of Hampstead in Pender County as complete. The order, issued by the Chair on May 30, 2025, moves the process forward for Pluris to establish and operate the wastewater system.
