WASHINGTON, May 30 -- The Federal Communications Commission Media Bureau has initiated proceedings to revoke the license of WJOC(AM) in Chattanooga, Tennessee, held by Sarah M. Fryar, due to a significant accumulation of unpaid regulatory fees, interest, administrative costs, and penalties.
