NHTSA Proposes Update to Natural Gas Fuel Container Standards

WASHINGTON, May 30 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has proposed to remove outdated reporting requirements from Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 304, which governs the integrity of compressed natural gas fuel containers.

This move aims to modernize regulations by eliminating directives that are no longer relevant to current vehicle manufacturing.
