WASHINGTON, May 30 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Highway Administration, an agency within the U.S. Department of Transportation, is proposing to rescind regulations concerning management systems for the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Indian Reservation Roads Program.
These regulations, originally issued in 2004, covered the development and implementation of safety, bridge, pavement, and congestion management systems for transportation facilities providing access to Indian lands.
