WASHINGTON, May 30 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Highway Administration, an agency within the U.S. Department of Transportation, has issued a final rule to rescind regulations concerning the evaluation and rating of Projects of National and Regional Significance.
This action, effective May 30, 2025, removes a set of rules that have been deemed unnecessary due to the prior repeal of the underlying program they administered.
