Federal Highway Administration Proposes to Streamline Project Regulations

WASHINGTON, May 30 (TNSFR) -- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), an agency within the U.S. Department of Transportation, is proposing to eliminate an outdated regulation concerning the advance construction of Federal-aid projects.

This move is part of a broader effort by the Secretary of Transportation to reduce regulatory burdens where possible, specifically targeting requirements not mandated by statute.
