COLUMBUS, OHIO - Today, U.S. Rep. Mike Carey (R-Ohio-15) announced two grants from the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) to support rural development projects focused on maximizing energy efficiency for businesses in Ohio's 15th Congressional District.
