RALEIGH, North Carolina, May 23 -- HH Water LLC, Sandy, Utah, has moved a significant step closer to providing sewer utility service in Jackson County, North Carolina, as the North Carolina Utilities Commission officially accepted and approved its required $175,000 bond. This approval, formalized in an order issued by the Commission's Chair, fulfills a key condition of a previously granted franchise.
