WASHINGTON, May 23 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has announced the scheduling of an expedited five-year review concerning the anti-dumping duty order on steel threaded rod imported from China.
This action, initiated under the Tariff Act of 1930, aims to determine whether revoking the existing duty would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of material injury to the domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable time.
