WASHINGTON, May 22 (TNSFRinfo) -- The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is inviting public comments on a proposed extension of its information collection process under Rule 17a-25. This rule mandates that registered broker-dealers electronically submit securities transaction information when requested by the Commission staff.
