WASHINGTON, May 22 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that a U.S. industry is materially injured by reason of imports of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, commonly known as 2,4-D, from China and India.
This decision follows findings by the U.S. Department of Commerce that these imports were sold in the United States at less than fair value and were subsidized by the governments of China and India.
