ITC Rules U.S. Epoxy Resin Industry Injured by Imports From South Korea, Taiwan, & Thailand

WASHINGTON, May 22 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) has concluded its investigations into epoxy resins, determining that a U.S. industry faces material injury due to imports from South Korea, Taiwan, and Thailand.

These imports were found by the U.S. Department of Commerce to be sold at less than fair value and subsidized by their respective governments. Conversely, the Commission found imports of epoxy resins from China and India to be negligible, leading . . .
