WASHINGTON, May 22 -- The House Education and Workforce Subcommittee on Workforce Protections released the following testimony by Benjamin G. Tresselt III, president of Arborist Enterprises, on behalf of the Tree Care Industry Association, from a May 15, 2025, hearing entitled "Reclaiming OSHA's Mission: Ensuring Safety Without Overreach." OSHA is the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
