SPRINGFIELD, Illinois, May 21 (TNSLrpt) -- Chicago State University (CSU) continues to grapple with significant internal control and compliance deficiencies, according to a State Compliance Examination report for the year ended June 30, 2024. The audit, performed by Roth & Co., LLP as Special Assistant Auditors for the Auditor General, State of Illinois, resulted in a modified opinion on compliance and identified material weaknesses over internal control over compliance.
