North Carolina to Join State-to-State Verification Service Driver History Record and Implement NRII Solution

North Carolina will begin using the State-to-State Verification Service (S2S) Driver History Record (DHR) functionality and implement the Medical Examiner Certification Integration Final Rule (NRII) from Monday, June 30, 2025.
