N.Y. Regulators Greenlight Key Filings for Baron Winds Project

ALBANY, New York, May 21 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued an order approving critical compliance filings for the Baron Winds LLC wind energy facility in Steuben County. This decision, made on May 15, 2025, and effective May 20, 2025, allows Baron Winds II, LLC to proceed with certain pre-construction and initial construction activities for the 242-megawatt project.
