RALEIGH, North Carolina, May 20 -- The North Carolina Utilities Commission (NCUC) has given its stamp of approval to an amendment to the interconnection agreement between BellSouth Telecommunications, LLC, doing business as AT&T North Carolina, and Spectrotel of the South LLC.
