ALBANY, New York, May 20 -- The New York State Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved a request for "incidental regulation" for the Buffalo Urban Development Corporation (BUDC) and its subsidiary, NorDel II, LLC, concerning their provision of electricity within the Northland Corridor Redevelopment Project in Buffalo.
