WASHINGTON, May 20 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has announced the withdrawal of a final rule that would have established amended energy conservation standards for consumer gas-fired instantaneous water heaters.
This action, taken by the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, follows the disapproval of the rule under the Congressional Review Act.
