DEA Receives Application From Quagen Pharmaceuticals to Import Controlled Substance

WASHINGTON, May 20 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has announced that Quagen Pharmaceuticals LLC, based in West Caldwell, New Jersey, has applied to become a registered importer of controlled substances. Specifically, Quagen Pharmaceuticals seeks authorization to import Diphenoxylate, a Schedule II controlled substance (drug code 9170).
