WASHINGTON, May 17 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce Patent and Trademark Office has issued a formal request for public comments on the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development's (OECD) draft voluntary guidelines developed by its Working Party on Countering Illicit Trade (WP-CIT).
