WASHINGTON, May 17 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency EPA has issued a final rule approving a revision to California's State Implementation Plan affecting the Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District, specifically addressing emissions of oxides of nitrogen (NOX) and carbon monoxide from industrial, institutional, and commercial boilers, steam generators, and process heaters.
