WASHINGTON, May 17 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Energy Southwestern Power Administration has proposed a significant rate adjustment for the Robert Douglas Willis Hydropower Project, located in the southwestern United States and administered from Tulsa, Oklahoma.
