DOE Proposes 28.6 Percent Rate Hike for Robert D. Willis Hydropower Project

WASHINGTON, May 17 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Energy Southwestern Power Administration has proposed a significant rate adjustment for the Robert Douglas Willis Hydropower Project, located in the southwestern United States and administered from Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The proposal would increase annual revenues from the project by 28.6 percent, raising them from $1,282,836 to $1,650,648. If adopted, the revised rate schedule would take effect on August 1, 2025, and remain in place th . . .
