Mr. Speaker, yesterday President Donald Trump and His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani of Qatar signed a historic $1.2 trillion trade agreement, including the purchase of $96 billion of South Carolina-made Boeing 787 Dreamliners.
