ITC Finds Reasonable Indication of Injury to U.S. Industry From Multifunctional Acrylate and Methacrylate Imports From South Korea and Taiwan

WASHINGTON, May 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has announced preliminary determinations indicating that the domestic industry is likely materially injured by imports of multifunctional acrylate and methacrylate monomers and oligomers (MAMMOs) from South Korea and Taiwan.

These products, classified under several subheadings of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, have been alleged to be sold in the United States at less than fair value, with imports from Taiw . . .
