WASHINGTON, May 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Service has issued a proposed rule to rescind the December 2023 final rule that altered how State agencies collect race and ethnicity data for recipients of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
