WASHINGTON, May 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Energy has issued a direct final rule rescinding a procedural regulation that encouraged the use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for complaints filed under the DOE Contractor Employee Protection Program.
The regulation, found at Sec. 708.10 of title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, was deemed unnecessary as it did not confer any substantive rights or obligations on the Department or involved parties and was not manda . . .
