WASHINGTON, May 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has issued a direct final rule revising the procedural regulations of its Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) by rescinding the section that encourages the use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) for parties appearing before the OHA.
