WASHINGTON, May 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has issued a proposed rule to rescind, in whole, the current reporting requirements applied to exempt consumer external power supplies under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA), as amended by the EPS Service Parts Act of 2014.
