WASHINGTON, May 15 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that the domestic industry is materially injured by imports of dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) originating from Malaysia, Poland, Taiwan, and Turkey.
These imports have been found by the U.S. Department of Commerce to be sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, triggering the Commission's investigation under the Tariff Act of 1930.
