WASHINGTON, May 15 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of the Treasury Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has issued an interim final rule rescinding key components of its 2024 Bank Merger Act (BMA) procedural overhaul, effectively restoring the streamlined application and expedited review procedures previously in place for national bank and federal savings association combinations.
