HUD Announces Rescindment of Privacy Act System of Records for Asset Disposition and Management System

WASHINGTON, May 13 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Single Family Asset Management, published a notice in the Federal Register announcing the rescindment of the Privacy Act System of Records for the Asset Disposition and Management System (ADAMS). This decision follows the determination that ADAMS no longer retrieves information using personally identifiable information (PII), thereby disqualifying it as a Privacy Act System of Records.
