WASHINGTON, May 12 (TNSFRinfo) -- The U.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is proposing to renew its information collection process related to the Tribal Re-assumption of Jurisdiction Over Child Custody Proceedings, as outlined in 25 CFR Part 13.
