WASHINGTON, May 10 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Food and Drug Administration has issued a final rule to amend the federal color additive regulations to authorize the use of calcium phosphate in specific food products, marking a regulatory response to a petition submitted by Innophos Inc., headquartered in Cranbury, New Jersey.
