FAA Proposes New Class E Airspace for Ekalaka Airport, Montana

WASHINGTON, May 10 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed the establishment of Class E airspace extending upward from 700 feet above the surface at Ekalaka Airport, located in Ekalaka, Montana.

This proposed airspace change aims to support the airport's transition from visual flight rules (VFR) to instrument flight rules (IFR) operations. The new Class E airspace would provide the necessary structure for IFR arrivals . . .
