RALEIGH, North Carolina, May 10 -- The North Carolina Utilities Commission (NCUC) has granted Georgetown Senior Apartments Limited Partnership the authority to charge for water and sewer utility services at its Forsyth County facility. The decision, detailed in an order issued May 9, 2025, establishes the rates residents will pay for these services.
