WASHINGTON, May 10 -- The Senate Environment and Public Works Committee released the following testimony by Teric Oswald, president of the Association of State Drinking Water Administrators, from an April 30, 2025, hearing entitled "Building on the IIJA's Successes: Identifying Opportunities to Strengthen Water Infrastructure Programs." IIJA is the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
