WASHINGTON, May 9 (TNSFRinfo) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced the availability of and is seeking public comment on an Information Collection Request concerning the TSCA Section 5 Pre-manufacture Review of New Chemical Substances and Significant New Use Rules for New and Existing Chemical Substances. This action, in compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), involves a renewal of an existing ICR, which is currently approved through December 31, 2025.
