Washington, D.C. -- Congressman Brandon Gill (R-TX) and Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) introduced the Foreign Influence Transparency and Accountability Act to penalize universities that take money from foreign adversaries and do not report foreign funding as required by the Higher Education Act.
