ITC Finds Evidence of Harm in Imports of Fiberglass Door Panels From China

WASHINGTON, May 9 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined there is a reasonable indication that domestic fiberglass door panel producers are being materially injured due to imports from China. These imports, classified under subheading 3925.20.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, are alleged to be both unfairly priced and subsidized by the Chinese government.
