WASHINGTON, May 9 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has dismissed its investigation into Apple Inc. over certain wearable electronic devices with ECG functionality, declaring the matter moot following a final ruling from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The Commission also rescinded previously issued remedial orders, including a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order against Apple, and formally terminated the associated rescission proceeding.
