WASHINGTON, May 9 (TNSFR) -- The General Services Administration (GSA) has released the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the modernization and expansion of the Grand Portage Land Port of Entry (LPOE) in Grand Portage, Minnesota, located within the Grand Portage Reservation of the Grand Portage Band of Lake Superior Chippewa.
