EPA Issues Notice of Availability for Six Environmental Impact Statements

WASHINGTON, May 9 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Office of Federal Activities has published a notice of availability for six Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) submitted between April 28 and May 5, 2025, in accordance with section 309(a) of the Clean Air Act and the guidance of the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) under 42 U.S.C. 4332.
